Jackson Sapuleni, a graduate of Hebrew University’s School of Agriculture and Tevel has launched a training series on agriculture in all three villages in Mphande, with seven workshops in each village, focusing on the upcoming, rain-fed maize and soybean season. These included lessons on land preparation, proper seed variety selection, pest control,  climate-smart agriculture, conservation crop husbandry practices of maize and soya beans, managing working capital, and more. The participants are thrilled to gain the new knowledge and are excited to put their new found knowledge to use!
